Payment

We can accept payment either through debit/credit card by placing an order online, or alternatively, if you would prefer to place your order over the phone you can speak to one of our friendly customer care advisors on 01204 89 54 10 who will be happy to help!

Delivery

All orders received before 2.00pm are despatched same day. Delivery to mainland UK is FREE for all orders over £75.00 (excluding VAT). Orders below £75.00 (excluding VAT) will incur a £7.00 handling charge (excluding VAT). Orders have to be received by 2.00pm for same day despatch (stocked items only)

Unfortunately we are unable to ship orders outside mainland UK. Northern Ireland customer can place orders via telephone on 01204 89 54 10. Please note that additional carriage charges will apply

We strive to hold all items in stock however due to the large number of items stocked there are occasions when we need to order your goods direct from the manufacturer. On these occasions we will keep you informed through regular email updates

Cancellations

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund. This does not apply to made to order products. To cancel an order, you can emails us at sales@carecorner.co.uk or write to us at Care Corner Ltd, Unit 6 Waters Meeting Industrial Estate, Britannia Way, Bolton BL2 2HH or contact us on Tel: 01204 89 54 10 quoting your order number within 14 days of delivery of the item(s). Items must be returned in their original packaging by a courier authorised by Care Corner Ltd

Returns

In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, Care Corner Ltd shall make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question PROVIDED THAT you notify Care Corner Ltd within 14 days and all returns are subject to the following conditions:

The goods must be returned in their original condition or packaging. The goods will be collected by a courier authorised by Care Corner Ltd Goods authorised and accepted by Care Corner Ltd for credit or return will incur a £7.00 (exc. VAT) handling charge.

The following category of goods will not be accepted for return Goods which are single use, sterile or body worn Goods damaged due to misuse or unauthorised repair Goods which are opened/partly used or where the seals have been removed Goods damaged by fire, water, smoke or chemicals

No refunds or exchanges can be given on items made to your specification, unless there is a defect or the goods are not as ordered
